Why come to us when we can come to you? Our therapists offer high quality massage at your work station while giving advice on posture and self help strategies. Although we work with different sporting athletes, it is the general public who we find to be the most in need of sports massage. This is due to the prolonged dysfunctional work postures that are sustained for long periods. This can have a detrimental effect on the body causing aches and pain through the neck, mid and lower back. Sometimes there is no way of continually maintaining good posture so that is where we come in. With specific massage techniques and rehabilitation exercises, these problems can be resolved before a larger problem may occur.

Workplace Seated chair massage
- Description – this service accommodates for the busy workplace that does not have time to book in at the clinic. Due to most workers being in a seated posture, muscles can start to ache. Our mobile massage team can supply 10-15min massages to office workers without them having to leave their office or even get changed. They can also be useful for trade shows.
- Minimum 2hr booking
