Welcome to Sports Massage Specialists

Don't be confused.  We do not only treat sports people.  Our sports/ remedial massages are tailored to fix and/ or prevent muscular problems of all ages and physical abilities.

This requires thorough assessment and deep massage treatment when required.

Sports massage uses a combination of deep and light strokes using elbows, knuckles and fingers to loosen muscle adhesions and release trigger points (knots) in dysfunctional muscle tissue.

The majority of our clients come in wanting and expecting a good strong massage, however we are aware that everyone is different and the depth of the massage can be modified depending on the client's needs to ensure that everyone enjoys their Sports Massage Specialists experience.
