About
Don't be confused. I do not only treat sports people. My sports/ remedial massages are tailored to fix and/ or prevent muscular problems of all ages and physical abilities. This requires thorough assessment and deep massage treatment when required.
Sports massage uses a combination of deep and light strokes using elbows, knuckles and fingers to loosen muscle adhesions and release trigger points (knots) in dysfunctional muscle tissue.
The majority of my clients come in wanting and expecting a good strong massage. However I'm aware that everyone is different and the depth of the massage can be modified depending on the client's needs. This will ensure that everyone enjoys their Sports Massage Specialists experience.
I am dedicated to helping you with your particular muscular or stress related condition. If I feel that additional information is required to help the treatment of your particular condition, I will use my knowledge and expertise to acquire the desired information for you. If needed, I can refer you to a reliable consultant in another field who may be able to help your situation.
